On view through October 9, 2026 in the Shoreline City Hall Lobby, Monument Dress is a striking gown crafted in richly patterned red and green textiles. 

Honoring the spirit of Juneteenth, the work reflects themes of freedom, resilience, and cultural pride through its bold form and layered silhouette.
