Shoreline firefighters deployed to wildfire

Shoreline Fire deployed a crew to the Katy Creek Fire in Ferry County WA as part of a Type 1 assignment.
The deployment included:
- Driver Engineer Bess,
- Paramedic Etherington,
- Firefighter Ware, all from Shoreline and
- Officer Saltino from Bothell Fire Department on Engine 163.
The mixed crew is operating under a unified command in coordination with the larger incident management team assigned to the fire.
