Fireworks prohibited in Lake Forest Park

"Fourth of July is just a few days away.
"Please remember that fireworks are not allowed in Lake Forest Park!"

Fireworks have not been allowed anywhere close by for years - only a few blocks of unincorporated Snohomish county and even then the rules are very restrictive.

What's different this year is that all the local fireworks displays have been cancelled as well as the Gas Works Park display in Seattle.
