Chick-fil-a coming to Shoreline

Currently under construction, the property which previously housed KFC and A&W at 19533 Aurora Ave N is now owned by Chick-fil-a.
The property, on the west side of Aurora, has been completely cleared, from the retaining wall by Day's Inn to 198th to the north.
Chick-fil-a plans to open a restaurant on the site. There are rumors of other businesses planned for the property.

An entire row of trees on a hillside between the former businesses and the Aurora Villa Apartments to the west has been removed and replaced with a retaining wall.

This has been known for like a year. Any updates, i.e. when do they break ground?

it seems the buffering trees on west side of lot are gone? Alas. Maybe they will install a pollinator pathway as that would still allow clear sight-lines all around -

I would never step foot in such a place.
Gyro Sababa is right around the corner and their chicken is delicious. THEY also welcome ALL people.
Jobs (much needed) - just don't patronize if you don't like them....

I love the morals of this company. Great addition to Shoreline.
