Seattle City Light: keep balloons away from power lines

They ask that you please remember to:
- Keep balloons indoors
- Secure them with weights
- Don't release balloons outdoors
- When the party is over, puncture to prevent flyaways
- NEVER retrieve balloons tangled in power lines
The latex variety are very dangerous to birds, as well.
