1-2pm, Shoreline-Edmonds lineBack to school coincides with back to "Social Justice Sundays" sign-wavings every weekend between now and the end of September, 1-2pm, at the corner of Aurora Ave N and N 205th St. (the Shoreline-Edmonds line).
Organized by Shoreline-based Everyday Activists, the events bring people together from surrounding communities to stand up for people and principles, and call out authoritarian actions by President Trump which are damaging the country's democracy, economy, and international influence.
Bring a sign or just yourself and make your voice heard.
Food and toiletry donations for local organizations assisting those in need are accepted at all these events.
The group also notes the next Nationwide Day of Action following a successful "Workers Over Billionaires" rally on Labor Day at the Park at Town Center, co-organized by Indivisible ShorelineWA, will have the theme of "Rise Up!" and is scheduled for Saturday, October 18 from 1:30 - 3pm, at that same location.

It has been great getting together with people from the surrounding area every Sunday at the border between Shoreline and Edmonds. We can always use more people. If you don't have a sign there are always extra signs. The energy has been great and there was a lot of people honking their horns and waving.
