Dramatic multi-family structure fire on Linden Ave N Tuesday August 26, 2025

Tuesday night, August 26, 2025 Shoreline Fire responded to a multi-family structure fire in Shoreline at the Junction 160 apartments, 16100 Linden Ave N., with assistance from Bothell Fire Department, Seattle Fire Department, and South County Fire.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire to three apartments, spanning from the second through the fourth floors. During extinguishment efforts, crews successfully rescued multiple pets—ranging from a kitten to a large-breed dog.

Thankfully, there were no injuries to residents or firefighters. The American Red Cross was on scene to support residents from the most heavily affected units.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to Domino’s Pizza, who provided food for both displaced residents and first responders on scene.

Built 1978, no sprinklers. Just mentioning it so people don't jump to conclusions about modern multifamily developments.
