Shoreline Farmers Market Director
Saturday, September 12, 2026
The Shoreline Farmers Market sets up shop every Saturday through October from 10am to 2pm at the BikeLink Park 'n Ride 192nd and Aurora selling local produce and goods.
The Park 'n Ride is called "BikeLink" because it has lockers for bicycles. Just make sure you have a basket or a backpack so you can ride your bike to the market and get your purchases home!
The market director, new this year, is Ashley.
Hi everyone, my name is Ashley (they/she), I’m excited to step into the role of Executive Director at the Shoreline Farmers Market.

| Ashley grew up in Mount Vernon |
Most recently, I held multiple roles across the Queen Anne Farmers Market and Phinney Ridge Farmers Market, where I worked as both a Market Coordinator and POP (Power of Produce) Coordinator—while continuing my work with a local farm.
That experience gave me a well-rounded perspective on markets from every angle: vendor, operations, and community programming.
I grew up in Mount Vernon—so yes, I’m inherently a huge tulip fan—and that agricultural connection has always shaped who I am. Farmers markets feel like home to me.
When I’m not at the market, you can usually find me at another one, or out in the mountains. I love everything about markets: the berries, the flowers, the people, and the sense of connection they create.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where vendors can thrive and where community members feel welcome and connected.
At the heart of my work is a strong belief that access to fresh, local food is a right. I’m committed to expanding food access and ensuring the Shoreline Farmers Market continues to serve and reflect the needs of its community.
