Temporary lane closures on NE 145th St between 28th Ave NE and Bothell Way NE

Starting as early as Tuesday, September 22, 2026 Sound Transit and local utility providers will temporarily close traffic lanes on NE 145th St between 28th Ave NE and Bothell Way NE for utility relocations. 

Crews will work periodically during the day and night, as well as on weekends. Crews need these lane closures to safely relocate existing utilities. Temporary lane closures will occur at different times throughout construction and will not be in place 24/7. See map for the work zone. 

The work will continue until the end of the year.

All businesses and residences will remain open and accessible. Pedestrian detours are in place to direct people around the work. ADA access to buildings will be maintained.
