The PSMS Wild Mushroom Show held annually in the Seattle area is one of the largest and most complete exhibits of mushrooms in the United States. Up to 400 varieties of wild mushrooms are displayed and identified.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Exhibits include something for everyone! In addition to the display of freshly collected regional fungi there will be:
- An Expert ID table.
- Lectures on a variety of mushroom topics, cultivation workshops
- Cooking demonstrations
- Microscopy
- Fungal art
- Commercial vendors
- Arts & crafts
- Books and gifts
- Children's activities and Discovery tables
- Info on PSMS classes, field trips, and membership
Visitors are welcome to bring in mushrooms from your garden or walks for our experts to identify. Be sure to collect the entire mushroom, including underground parts.
Admission:
- General $10,
- Students $5 with ID,
- 12 and Under FREE,
- PSMS Members who Volunteer FREE
