Waiting for dinner

In LFP, we have owls. Many nights with our windows open we hear them.

But, if you look outside before dusk, you might see one waiting for his dinner!

I’m sure this is the same barred owl I captured a few months ago and maybe that is why he is so patient with me.

I can walk in our yard by the creek and for the most part, he is not concerned with me.

Mainly waiting for dinner.

The photo was captured with a Nikon Z8 with a 70-200 V2 and a 1.4 Teleconverter.
