Flags at Half-Staff November 6, 2026 for Sheriff Brett Myers

I am deeply saddened by the death of Sheriff Brett Myers, and direct that Washington state and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff in his memory on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Other government entities, individuals, and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.

A public memorial service will take place on Friday, November 6, 2026, 1pm at Beasley Coliseum, located on the campus of Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.
