Statewide Initiatives

645 The effort to repeal the "Millionaires tax" has failed at the ballot box. There's a rumor that the hedge fund millionaire behind the initiatives will take this to the courts.

001 "Parental rights" is still being rejected by a margin of 5%. If this continues, students will still be able to talk to school staff without the information being shared with their parents.

638 "Transgender participation in school sports" is passing strongly. This shameful initiative has roused 58% of voters to tell a handful of students that they are not allowed to participate in sports. And now all girls in sports will have to have a doctor's visit to confirm they have female genitals.

Cities

• City of Shoreline Formation of the Shoreline Metropolitan Park District aka "Shoreline Pool" is Failing by 1752 votes. 9298 No to 7546 Yes.
• City of Bothell has strongly approved joining the Shoreline Fire Regional Fire Authority, joining Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, and Town of Woodway.

Legislative District 32

• Senator: Cindy Ryu leads Jesse Salomon by 443 votes with a strong showing in Snohomish county.
• State Rep Position 1: Danica Noble increases her lead over Keith Scully to 982 votes

Judicial - State Supreme Court

• Sean O'Donnell continues his narrow lead over Ian Birk with 51% of the vote.
• Theo Angelis continues to hold a 10% lead over Dave Larson
