Public Hearing on the Shoreline 2027-2028 Biennial Budget will take place on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 7pm at Shoreline City Hall, 17500 Midvale Ave N. Meeting agenda here. Public Hearing and Council discussion will include the 2027-2028 Biennial Budget, the 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), 2027 regular and excess property tax levies, impact fee schedules, and fee schedules.

Department budgets were presented to Council on October 19 and a review of the 2027-2032 CIP was presented on October 26.

In addition to Council discussion at presentations, Councilmembers have submitted questions to the Q/A Matrix which includes responses by City staff. Council Questions Matrix 10/19/26. An updated Q/A Matrix will be posted to the Council agenda end of day on November 2.

At the Public Hearing on November 2, written comments may be submitted to Council by 4pm, and in-person or Zoom public comments may be made during the Public Hearing. Public Comment for Council Meetings. Link to Zoom. All comments are part of public record.

Coming up on November 16: Adoption of the impact fee schedules, to be placed on the consent calendar, is on the Council agenda on November 16. An additional Public Hearing on budgets, the CIP, fees, and salary schedules will be held on November 16.
