SESPA and Shoreline Schools reach tentative agreement on contract

The SESPA bargaining team announced on Friday, September 11, 2026 that they had reached a tentative agreement in their contract negotiations with the Shoreline School District.

The next step is for the membership to vote on the newly negotiated contract. School will proceed uninterrupted, with no strike.

SESPA (Shoreline Educational Support Professionals Association) is the union for all the support staff in the schools.
