There's activity at the former Shari's Restaurant and Pies at 15252 Aurora Ave. N. in Parkwood Plaza.

A leasing listing on cityfeet.com describes plans for a small multi-tenant retail strip: a 4,800-square-foot, one-story building that could accommodate up to four tenants, each with about 1,200 square feet.

The listing estimates availability around February 2027.

A commercial permit (COM25-2716) is under review and nearing completion but hasn't been formally issued yet.

The Shoreline Shari's closed in August 2024, with demolition following in July 2025.
