Lake Forest Park Yard Sale Day, is coming up on this Saturday September 19, 2026 from 9am-3pm.
There are 65 addresses on the map, with more being added everyday.
Looks like the weather will be wonderful too. It will be a great day to get out in the neighborhood, meet some neighbors, and practice sustainability!

For future events, be sure to keep an eye on your stuff, especially if near the curb. A person maybe 16 YO came by and picked up an item and was looking at it. I was only about 40 feet away, and could see the activity, but the person didn't see me. I walked up to the table a few minutes later and found the item was gone, and no money left. After interacting with another person, I drove up the street and found the person. The person said s/he was confused. I said everything had a listed price on it, and s/he even mentioned the price, so it was an out and out theft. The person gave me the cash. I explained it's not OK to steal. S/he apologized. I just hope this may have deterred the person from stealing again. You don't want to see young people get into trouble and have it negatively affect their future.
