Track the state lawsuits against the Trump administration

Having trouble keeping tabs on all of the state's court clashes with the federal government? 

Washington Attorney General Nick Brown has you covered. His office launched a federal litigation tracker this week. 

As of September 10, 2025 Washington had filed 37 cases against the Trump administration. Brown is leading or co-leading 14 of those lawsuits. 

The total amount of funding at issue in the cases is $14 billion, according to the AG's office.
