22 people learn how to prune Saturday in Animal Acres park

On Saturday March 23, 2019 the Master Gardeners of the Animal Acres demonstration garden in Lake Forest Park hosted a pruning demonstration and lecture.

Our speaker was Larry Davis who is a long time member of the Seattle Tree Fruit Society and former Master Gardener.

He spoke to us about pruning fruit trees, vines and berry bushes.

We had 22 people attend the class - both Master Gardeners and community members.

We were pleased with the turnout and the interest from the community.

And we are grateful that the weather cooperated also.

Thanks to everyone who participated. We look forward to hosting more events in the future.
