Drifters
7-25 Lk Washington. Reports of men with gas can near lake and Bothell Way. Several men from boat which ran out of gas and had been drifting, docked in LFP and took gas can to station on Bothell Way. KCSO had been looking for a drifting boat.

On the home front
7-25 LFP, woman slept badly, woke up late, stomping around house, pounding things and yelling. Officer on street went to investigate. Male in house was still in bed.
7-25 LFP Medication and coins taken from locked bedroom. Subject suspects daughter, daughter's boyfriend, or perhaps the homeless man she took in for a while.
7-25 Group Home. Resident on rampage, throwing food. Promised officer he would clean up the food mess and obey the caretakers.
7-27 30xx NE 176. Mother of bipolar, legally disabled son said he went to meet someone about selling his car and hasn't returned. Has been gone for 20 hours.
7-27 Son located at in Edmonds, staying with a friend.

Prowlers
7-25 25xx NE 191 Golf clubs stolen from open garage.
7-26 LFP. Woman said it sounded like someone was walking around on her porch. Police found no sign. Her 87 year old husband says she was just being paranoid.
7-27 30xx NE 203rd. Car prowl. House keys taken, 40 CDs, and merchant club cards.

Ouch
7-31 33NE/Hillside. Bike rider caught a hole in edge of roadway and tipped over his bike. Put foot out to stop the tip over and broke his ankle.

Juveniles on parade
7-25 170xx 37 NE. 20 year old rented a vacation rental for a birthday party and neighbor complained. Officer explained to host that the best way to avoid arrest for Minor in Possession was to have a "pour party," sober everyone up, and keep the party inside.
7-28 160xx 30 NE. Kids running from police and tossing beer cars. Caught them. Then stopped a car that kept driving slowly through the area. All kids had been in car, previously were at a party. DUI. Registered owner of car not present.
7-29 LFP. Reported daughter as missing. Then found out she snuck out of the house to go drinking.

Mine!
7-25 26xx NE 195, apartments. Two women in dispute over borrowed bathing suit. Borrower went to Lender's apartment and either knocked politely or kicked the door in (depending which side you believe). The Lender chased the Borrower down the hall, spraying pepper spray at her. When police arrived, multiple fire trucks and personnel were on the scene treating tenants for pepper spray. Three floors of the building were being vented by the Fire Department. The Borrower returned the top half of the suit.
7-27 26xx NE 195, apartments. Borrower's car was keyed and she is accusing the Lender. She received a text message "Did you learn your lessons?"

Quick change
7-26 Great Harvest Bread. Customer paid with $100 bill. Cashier left bill on till and went to talk to manager. Returned to find customer and bill missing.

Graffiti
7-26 Towne Centre. Graffiti in the men's bathroom.
7-30 NE 156 /37 NE BASK on cleaned, previously tagged metal utility box.
7-30 158xx 37 NE BASK, AAUM inside a house under construction.

We've got eyes on you
7-30 153xx Bothell Wy. Police interrupted a possible drug deal near Woodland N. Apartments.

uh, fraud?
7-26 LFP Man gave his credit card number over the phone and now $600 is "missing" from his account.
7-26 LFP. Man reported fraud on his debit card. He got a telephone sales call for car insurance and gave them his debit card number. Now he says it isn't valid because he didn't sign anything.

Notes
7-26 LFP Library. Man from group home left a suicide note in the men's bathroom at the library.

Found - was it the tiny casket?
7-26 14951 Bothell Way, Acacia. Employee found property reported as stolen from geo-caching site at cemetery.

Burglary
7-27 25xx NE 178 Burglary. Came in through kitchen window. Two laptops, iPad with charger.

And your first clue that something was wrong?
7-27 Acacia. Male pedestrian pulled a knife on construction workers.
7-31 170xx 44 NE. Caller says there's a naked man in his back yard, sitting by the compost pile. Police contacted man, who said he has been using narcotics. Shoreline Police had contact with him in June for mental complaint at the Richmond Beach condos. Has been out of Fairfax seven days, might have taken PCP, has been on a binge for a week. Said he had a car and a backpack full of cash. Could not locate. Sent to Harborview for involuntary commitment.

The new Ross store is on two levels
7-27 Towne Centre. Car theft reported.
7-27 Towne Centre. Car found at other entrance to Ross. Driver didn't know there were two entrances to Ross

Don't come round here no more
7-28 Towne Centre. Store employee caught a "scruffy-looking" guy shoplifting, called police and had him trespassed.

Be on the look out
7-31 157xx Beach Dr NE. 20 year old male taking pictures of houses. Area check negative.

We Don't Like Noise!
7-29 170xx Brookside Blvd. Barking dog. Dog not barking when police arrived.
7-29 190xx 33 NE. Noisy party. BBQ in yard. Asked them to turn down the music.
7-29 30xx NE 203. Explosions. Fireworks? Area check negative but police found a small brush fire, possibly caused by fireworks.
7-30 72 NE / NE 197. Fireworks in the ravine. Caller yelled at them to stop. Police found no evidence of fireworks or people.
7-30 192xx FP Dr NE. Fireworks. Area check negative, no sign.
7-30 165xx 41 NE. Fireworks heard and caller saw some people. Area check negative.

What we have here is a failure to communicate
7-30 LFP  Cab driver got lost and female passenger was yelling at him to turn around. He called the police.

Took underwear, socks, and duffel bag. 7-19 Costco. Conceals crab meat and chicken, eats it in men's bathroom stall, leaves without paying.
7-20 Alive Juice Bar, Ballinger Village. Three juveniles stole money from the tip jar. 7-21 Top Foods. 7-21 Ballinger Rite Aid. 7-21 Fred Meyer. Suspect with unpurchased clothing in back pack admits stealing to sell goods for marijuana.
7-23 Fred Meyer. 7-23 Goodwill. Suspect possesses possible narcotics. 7-24 Goodwill.

Death
7-22 Shoreline. 54 year old male found dead two days after having gastric bypass surgery.

DUI / Sleeping UI / Urinating UI
7-16 NE 185/9 NE. DUI.
7-21 N 160/Linden N. Found subject passed out behind an abandoned Thai restaurant with an empty mouthwash bottle nearby. During a similar contact two weeks ago, he admitted he likes to put a rock of heroin in mouthwash and drink it.
7-21 184xx Aurora. 12:30pm Subject urinating in public. Drunk.
7-22 165xx Aurora. Suspect asleep at the wheel, disregards red light and hits victim vehicle.
7-22 Fred Meyer. Subject who has been Trespassed from store found sleeping by the dumpsters.

Weird car stuff
7-18 188xx 5 NE. Unoccupied Jeep ran off the roadway into drainage ditch. Driver gone, parents don't know where she is.
7-18 YMCA. Over the weekend someone drained over 40 gallons of unleaded gas out of two YMCA busses parked on site.
7-24 Victim had his vehicle stolen in Seattle. A friend in Shoreline found it parked around corner from his house.

Party Hearty
7-16 18xx N 200. Party complaint at almost 1am. Loud party, disturbance, alcohol, provided false information to officer.

Funny money in Shoreline
7-16 QFC. Customer used counterfeit $100 bill.
7-17 Ballinger O'Reillys. Customer tried to use a counterfeit $50 bill. Hispanic male, about 35.

Vehicle theft
7-16 Walgreens at 145/Aurora. Recovered stolen vehicle out of Seattle.  7-20 14711 5 NE, N Jackson Park and Ride. 1994 Pathfinder stolen.  7-21 Aegis Living 15100 1 NE. Vehicle stolen while victim was at work.  7-22 Goodwill. Car stolen from Everett dumped in Goodwill parking lot.  7-23 173xx Ashworth. King flatbed trailed stolen.

Mail boxes
7-17 204xx 13 NW. Fireworks set off in mailbox.
7-23 NE 163 to NE 170. Suspects knocked over some of the mailbox posts and bent up mailboxes along Linden N

7-17 Meridian Park Elementary. Event parking. Car broken into.
7-18 Pioneer Food Svcs, 1206 N 155. Employee's vehicle.
7-19 169xx Stone. Arrested person who attempted to open at least six vehicles.
7-20 7xx N 148/ Two unlocked cars parked in driveway prowled. Got computer, merchandise and bank bag containing $4000 cash.
7-20 Shoreline Library. Stole camera from trunk.
7-21 155xx 26 NE Wheel cap stolen from 1981 Trans Am, trim and door mechanism broken.

Vandalism (other than blowing up mail boxes)
7-20 3xx NW 193 Ct Unknown suspect vandalized home and car overnight.
7-20 Innis Arden Community Center. Windows smashed out with rocks.
7-21 14xx NW 191. Unknown suspect threw a softball sized rock and broke truck window damaging frame.
7-21 14xx NW 191. House vandalized while owner is out of town.

Wanted
7-18 Rodeway Inn. Officers go to serve warrant on individual. Associate let them in the door and the individual with the warrant jumped out the second story window and fled the scene.

Angry Birds
7-19 5xx NE 180. Large bird feeder stolen from front yard.

When I get old, I hope people are kind
7-19 NE 190/10 NE. Elderly male sitting on the side of the road in his bathrobe. He said he has memory problems but was trying to get to church at Woodland Presbyterian in Seattle.

Burglary
7-19 4xx NE 156. Came in through unlocked back door. Stole laptop.
7-20 23xx NW 204. Stole jewelry.
7-22 Public Storage, 14900 Aurora. Missing items from locked storage unit.
7-24 1700 NE 146. Contacted suspicious male going through mail boxes. He was in possession of stolen cheese, shaved key and other burglary tools.
7-24 6xx NW RB Rd, Richmond Market. Big rock used to smash front door.

Assault
7-20 Days Inn Motel. Suspect assaulted victim, causing interruption in breathing; stole victim's money. Aggravated assault
7-22 76 Gas, N 205/Aurora. Individual struck in the face and vehicle window broken

Fraud, slightly out of the ordinary
7-20 Shoreline. Victim was mailed a card from the bank that he didn't know was being sent, so he didn't know it never arrived. Whoever got the card was using it.
7-22 Shoreline. Sister steals brother's ID, opens accounts in his name, including one at the US Dept of Education for $18,000.

Hmmm
7-20 192xx 17 NE. Police investigating possible prowlers, find suspects skulking around house. They run from police. Turns out they are juveniles smoking weed.
7-21 1436 NW RB Rd, Classic Framing. Juveniles climbed onto rooftop patio area at night.
7-22 6xx NE 165. Subject unzipped his pants and pulled out his penis in front of woman.
7-22 Living Wisely Thrift Shop, 15 NE. Suspect stole wallet from behind front desk and used card to purchase puppy from pet store.
7-24 Aurora Village Transit Center. Man yelling, threatening and harassing other riders.
7-24 N 155/Densmore N. Unidentified male drives through area, winking and blowing kisses at 10 and 15 year old girls.
7-24 148xx Evanston N. Person reported witnessing a drug deal.

Hey neighbors - watch the parks, please
7-21 Echo Lake Park. People in park after hours of darkness. Suspect was drinking alcohol and in possession of a sling shot. Booked into Sno Co jail.

7-12 13xx N 152. Stolen vehicle left on shoulder of roadway.
7-13 Shoreline Bank on Ballinger. Car stolen.
7-14 Aurora Safeway. Stolen car found in parking lot.
7-15 Woman met a couple of guys at McFinster's Pub in Edmonds. They may have stolen her car.
7-16 Walgreens at 145th. Stolen vehicle left in parking lot.

Working girls
7-9 1xx Evanston N. Arrested female who had been ordered to stay out of neighborhood because of prostitution.

Burglary
7-12 200xx 24 NE. Attempt to pry open door of unoccupied duplex.
7-13 Green Cure Marijuana Dispensary. Cut hole in wooden exterior wall to climb through.
7-14 147xx Whitman. Contacted suspicious male behind businesses that have been burglarized multiple times recently. Male had felony warrant and was found to be in possession of burglary tools and multiple knives.

Robbery. Larceny
7-10 N 162/11 NE. Person robbed outside of their home by someone with a handgun.
7-12 19xx N 170. Something stolen from classroom at Shoreline Children's Center.
7-13 13xx N 152 Attempted robbery by cutting strap of bag.
7-13 13xx N 150. Jewelry missing from night stand.
7-13 198xx Aurora. Theft from business.
7-15 Einstein. Something stolen from middle school classroom.
7-17 Action Auto Parts. Officer came upon vehicle and trailer behind Action Auto Parts. A subject, later identified, walked away as officer came upon scene. Vehicle and trailer had a variety of items in them, computer, engine, radiator, tools. Vehicle and trailer matched suspect vehicle/trailer in Mukilteo scrap metal theft.
7-18 170xx Fremont. Neighbor saw man entering neighbor's carport and called 911 but he was gone with neighbor's bicycle before police arrived. White male with long brown hair, in his 30s, 5'8 to 5'10" with a thin build, wearing a dirty brown coat and jeans.

Found
7-12 Aurora Safeway. Purse found in Safeway.

Shoplifting
7-12 Fred Meyer.  7-15 Aurora Safeway. Shoplifted beer then assaulted security officer.  7-15 Aurora Safeway. Two suspects stole groceries.  7-16 Home Depot. Security officer captured shoplifter with store items in his pockets.  7-17 Aurora Safeway. Suspect covers electronic tags with tinfoil and hides $517 worth of shoes in duffel bags. Ran from security officer.  7-18 Top Foods. Man concealed two cans of Steel Reserve malt beverage down the sleeves of his jacket.  7-18 Home Depot. Suspect stole spray paint. Trespassed from store.

Nursing homes / rehab centers - beware
7-13 RB Rehab. Administrator felt like there was someone in her office. Found a man under her desk, going through her purse. He had entered the nursing home pretending to be visiting a relative.
7-13 Arden Rehab. Resident's watch is missing.
7-17 Arden Rehab. Suspicious person wanders around care facility, entering offices, unknown if anything was taken.

Drugs and driving
7-12 N 175/Aurora. Driver screaming at construction flagger contacted by off-duty deputies and arrested for DUI.
7-12 Sunset Elementary. Person arrested for possession of marijuana, admits to small scale selling.
7-12 Parker's Casino. Drunken male trespassed from casino then walks back to casino and drives away.
7-13 I-5 at N 175. Arrested for DUI, found cocaine.
7-13 N 175 / Aurora. Driving drunk; passenger had misdemeanor warrant.
7-14 184xx 1 NE. Driver does not have required interlock device, does have marijuana.
7-15 N 175/Aurora. Driver stopped at red flashing light and didn't move after a long period of time. Deputies approached and driver arrested for DUI.
7-16 NE 185 / 9 NE. DUI

Rodeway Inn
7-13 Alleged rape of female. Victim contacted at Harborview.

Vandalism
7-13 190xx 8 NW. Mailbox removed from pedestal. No mail was taken.  7-17 180xx 2 NE. Fireworks placed in mailbox, blew it up.  7-17 203xx Fremont N. Explosive device exploded in mailbox.

Sad
7-12 155xx 27 NE. Alzheimer's patient walked away from group home and was knocking on people's doors looking for her daughter.

OMG
7-12 Saltwater Park. 20 year old camp counselor, trying to get to the beach, took a group of 4-6 year olds between idling train cars. Charged with trespass.
7-15 4xx N 155. Victim has information stolen and checks issued in her name to 88 different people.
7-15 25xx NE 165. Fraud on Visa with charge in Cambridge, UK.

Party hearty
7-16 18xx N 200. Party complaint. Officer is familiar with location. Loud party, disturbance, provided false information to officer.

Funny money still circulating in Richmond Beach
7-16 QFC in Richmond Beach. Regular customer passed $100 counterfeit bill.

6-30 Fred Meyer. Paid for a few groceries but not for the Magic Cards valued at $137.87 in his backpack. Admitted the theft, saying that the cards were too expensive to buy. 7-6 16053 Aurora, Top Tobacco. three people asked to buy something with a credit card but it wasn't accepted, so they grabbed a box of candy bars and ran. 7-6 Ballinger Rite Aid. Subject left with a shopping cart full of items without paying.  7-7 Costco. Shoplift. 7-8 Safeway. Woman entered the store and asked for empty bags, then stole items. 7-8 Marshalls. Man stole shoes. 7-9 Safeway. Man stole lunch. 7-9 Safeway. Man took wine from shelf and walked out. 7-10 Radio Shack. Man and woman stole power adapter. 7-11 Employees caught females opening unpurchased cosmetics in bathroom.

Car prowls - public places
6-30 Ronald Bog Park. Stole CDs and GPS. 7-8 Costco parking lot. 7-8 Twin Ponds Park.

Car prowls at residences
7-5 182xx 15 NE. 7-5 163xx Densmore N. Stole laptop and bag. 7-7 167xx Ashworth. Caller saw unknown male walk out from under his car port. Male runs, car door ajar. 7-7 147xx 22 Ave N. Unlocked vehicle with windows down, parked in driveway, rifled. 7-7 3xx NE Serpentine Pl. Keys left in car. Use keys to steal car. 7-7 13xx N 175. Forest Hills Estate. Popped window out of frame. Stole wallet. Used ATM card. 7-8 203xx 9 NE. 7-8 6xx NE 165. 7-8 165xx 5 NE.

Vandalism - it's still about cars
7-1 Canterbury Court Apts. Spray painted side of car in parking lot. 7-5 182xx 15 NE. Broke rear passenger window of car with garden brick. 7-8 202xx 23 Pl NW. Drivers window pried open.

Car theft
7-3 Shoreline Center. Found car stolen from Mukilteo in parking lot. 7-4 151xx NE 171,. Stole motorcycle parked next to house. 7-7 14515 Aurora, Pho Tic Tac. Car stolen in Seattle dumped in parking lot of business. 7-7 3xx NE Serpentine Pl. Keys taken from adjacent vehicle in car prowl.

Car whatever
7-5 175xx 15 NE. Car abandoned in northbound lane on 15th NE.

Fraud that's a little out of the ordinary
7-2 Food Lion, Virginia. Someone bought groceries using card belonging to Shoreline resident who has never been to Virginia.
7-5 17xx NE 145. Forged check cashed on victim's account for $375.
7-5 201xx Ballinger. Fraudulent charge on debit account, but he still has his card.
7-11 Checking on status of tax refund, victim was informed that her joint return of $4500 was paid to someone else using her SSN and maiden name.

Craig's List
7-9 SCC. Victim meets unknown suspect for sale of an iPhone. Suspect grabbed the phone and took off with it.

Theft, Larceny, Burglary - business
7-5 19906 Aurora N, Northern Design Group. Used cutting tool to cut the cable lock around aluminum ladder stored outside business, then abandoned it a short distance away.
7-5 16200 Aurora, Payless Auto Sales. Burglary.
7-5 171xx 15 NE, Anderson House. Victim's wallet stolen and recovered with unknown debit card.
7-6 14709 Aurora, Northwest Chiropractic. Broke lock on back door. Stole cash and laptops.
7-6 14711 Aurora, vacant. Broke into next door space but it was vacant.
7-6 19235 15 NW. Lap top stolen from closet in room at rehab center.
7-6 17500 Aurora, Key Bank. Robbed.  Suspect demanded money from teller and fled scene.
7-7 SCC Library. Student left laptop on table when he went to the restroom. It was stolen.
7-8 N 149/Whitman. 3:58am Arrested man who was hanging around rental car lot with bolt cutters and a flat head screwdriver.
7-10 198xx Bagley Dr N. Missing gold coins believed to be stolen.

Burglary - residential
7-5 152xx Ashworth Ave N. Removed screen from unlocked window. Stole jewelry and electronics.
7-6 148xx 8 NE. Forced entry to sliding window.
7-6 155xx Densmore N. Broke door glass. Stole camera.
7-6 18xx N 147. Broke garage window, kicked in door to house.
7-6 19xx N 157. Back window broke, numerous drawers in house opened, nothing appears missing.
7-7 163xx Interlake N. Side window broken out during middle of day. Tools, electronics, jewelry, cash.
7-11 202xx 23 NW. Homeowner away from residence at beach for about 90 minutes, burglars kicked open door and stole checkbooks and cameras. She believes they were still in house when she returned.
7-11 14xx NW 201. Broke rear window off deck. Searched house took cameras.

Guests in your home
7-4 151xx Stone Ln N. Someone who was allowed into the apartment stole cash and an address book with account access information from 87 year old man with heart and memory problems.
7-5 148xx Whitman N. A guest asked to use the bathroom and stole the Ambien from the medicine cabinet.
7-6 182xx 24 NE. Victim invites band over to his house to practice. Victim later finds numerous instruments and other musical equipment missing.
7-11 11xx NE 159. 1,000 in cash stolen while residents are outside. Suspects someone who was invited in by family member.

Funny money floating around Shoreline - merchants beware
7-5 Customer brought in counterfeit $50 bill he had received and gave it to bank.

Drugs
7-5 16045 25 NE, Kellogg Middle School. Juvenile male high on LSD attacks female with fist while asking for sex. Also exposed penis during incident.  7-6 14800 Whitman N, Roadway Inn. Contacted individual with warrant and female with glass crack pipes.  7-7 N 192/Wallingford. Individual involved in minor accident, DUI.  7-8 145xx Aurora. Driver arrested after brief pursuit. Driver DUI.

Public brawls
7-6 17002 Aurora, Baro Grocery. Fight in back alley by small grocery store.
7-7 12xx NW RB Rd. Individuals in drunken argument - all with different stories of what had happened.
7-10 Safeway on 15th NE. Woman assaulted her sister and brother-in-law in parking lot of Safeway. Bites, punches, scratches.

Working girls
7-9 N 152 / Aurora. Arrested for one count of prostitution and one count of drug paraphernalia for crack pipe.  7-10 148xx Whitman. Prostitute and client caught on city street.

Kids and Dogs
7-6 6xx NW 178 Pl. Man placing advertising flyers on mailboxes bitten by off-leash German Shepherd.
7-10 Police picked up juveniles headed to Point Wells with alcohol.

Graffiti
7-11 St Luke school. Sidewalk at top of stairs to playgrouds and wall of school by north entrance tagged with graffiti. Pink and purple spray paint. "eeyore" "406 bitch".

Never know how a traffic stop will turn out
6-24 175xx Aurora. Bicycle violation turns into warrant arrest. 6-25 N 185/Midvale. Woman apparently forged her vehicle trip permit. 6-25 NE 185/10 NE. License suspended. Search incident to arrest reveals crack cocaine and prescription narcotics.

Or a suspicious activity
6-26 163xx Meridian NE. Suspicious vehicle parked with ignition damager. Registered owner contacted by Dispatch and is uncooperative. Found by police, has criminal warrant, booked in KC Jail.

Things that go boom in the night
7-1 19300 Wallingford, Echo Lake Elementary. CO2 improvised explosive device detonated at the school, destroying a concrete pillar surrounding a fire hydrant. Chunks of concrete were launched onto an adjacent roof top and across the ground approximately 50 feet away. 7-2 2021 NW 190, RB Park. Found a group of kids walking into RB Park after hours, carrying a box of fireworks. Confiscated fireworks, warned kids. 7-3 2201 NW 190, RB Park. Found a male at north end of beach lighting off fire crackers and roman candles. 7-4 18xx N 200. Caller found three "seal bombs" in his garage. The devices resemble M100 explosives, yellow cardboard tubes with a large fuse at one end. Removed and properly disposed of by bomb disposal unit.

Shoplifting

Stole GPS. 7-1 16006 15 NE, Hamlin Park. 2 separate vehicles hit. 7-1 19270 Aurora. YMCA staff called 911 to report a disturbance in their parking lot. Staff witnessed someone chasing a male and female through the parking lot towards Aurora. Deputies responded and contacted parties involved. 6-27 345 NE 175, Shoreline Library. Car prowl. 6-27 Patron left laptop unattended and it was stolen. 6-29 Employee reported theft in progress. Officer contacted three suspects who were remiving DVDs from cases and admitted to wanting to steal the DVD. Trespassed from Library. 6-29 16101 Greenwood Ave, SCC Library. Suspect tells victim that he will kill him during fight. Threat caught on 911 tape and heard by witnesses.

OMG
7-4 14xx NW Springdale. 16 year old returned home and was speaking with his sister by telephone in the front driveway. Unknown person had entered home through basement living area, stayed there several days before being detected, fought with resident. Sister called 911.

6-28 14817 Aurora. Arrested subject on two felony warrants. 7-4 148xx Whitman N. Female slinking around the Rodeway Inn. Controlled substance violation.

Drugs
6-28 N 185/Fremont. DUI, No required ignition interlock device. 6-28 15839 Westminster, by Children's Thrift Shop. Subject was found passed out on the sidewalk around the corner from a shopping center area. He admitted drinking Listerine earlier that he had put a rock of cocaine into. His speech was very slurred and he had difficulty standing up. 6-30 185xx Meridian. DUI. 7-1 15343 25 NE, Shorecrest High School parking lot. Individuals contacted who had narcotics equipment on them. 7-1 NE 175/i-5 off ramp. Driver passed out at intersection, DUI. 7-3 910 N 145, Green Cure. Unknown suspect forces entry into medical marijuana dispensary.

6-30 N 157 Ct/Dayton N. 15 year old and 2 16 year olds drinking vodka in parking lot of State DOT offices at 6:40am. Caller reported them walking southbound on Dayton where they were picked up.

7-11 Unauthorized use of debit card while owner out of country. Customer of Whidbey Island Bank and Ballinger Thriftway. Identical to two previous victims of same crime.

Animals
7-11 192xx Forest Park Dr. Condos. Pit bull mix left outside on balcony barks constantly.

Talk to City Hall
7-11 37xx NE 153. Caller said neighbors told her there is a homeless camp in the ravine. Said that neighbors called the police this morning - and "can't you do something?" Caller has not seen any homeless, only heard from a neighbor who heard from another neighbor, etc. The ravine is steep and extremely overgrown. No sign that anyone had been there. Caller is angry with city because they won't let her cut trees. Caller repeated several times that the city has placed her in danger and ruined all her trees by not letting her maintain her property. Referred her to City Hall.

Something's burning
7-12 NE 153/Bothell Way. Motor home is smoking. Fire at scene

Something's ringing
7-12 Towne Centre. Employee at Third Place came in late and had not turned off the alarm. A woman had to use the restroom and went under the chain attached to the checkpoint sensors, which set off the burglar alarm.

Getting used to the Burke-Gilman Trail detour
7-12 NE 165 / 37 NE Officer observed intersection for bicycle traffic. In an hour only saw six bikers, all obeying the law.

Bad trip
7-12 LFP 22 year old man smoked "blueberry" with a friend, who dropped him at home. Parent called for help. Son is on lawn, rambling, combative, screaming incoherently. Transported for involuntary commitment.

Zero tolerance for noise
7-12 169xx 25 NE. Caller complained about loud music coming from vehicle parked across the street. Got in verbal confrontation with driver about noise level. Resident at address didn't hear anything. Found driver doing yard work - says he likes music when he works and it wasn't that loud. Agreed to accommodate neighbor - but still says it wasn't that loud.

What the heck?
7-12 153xx Bothell Way. Store employee called. Two men were in the store and bought drinks. Now they are lying in front of the store and haven't moved for 5-10 minutes. Both were leaving as officer pulled up. One seemed sleepy but both were fine.
7-13 47xx NE 206. Two guys were selling meat from a van. Caller suspicious because they kept urging her to go to the van.

Creepy
7-15 167xx 39 Pl. Caller received disturbing letter with sexual references. Letter made of letters cut out of magazines and pasted onto paper. Signed "Lil Baby Jesus."

7-12 Towne Centre. Catalytic convertor stolen.  7-17 33xx NE 185 Guitar and amp.  7-14 201xx 44 NE GPS.  7-14 33xx NE 185 radio.

Almost got these guys last week

Time to quit driving
7-14 160xx Bothell Way. Man not driving well. Released to wife.
7-17 Town Centre. Avid Angler employee called about a staggering drunk who had just left the store. Man is a frequent visitor, usually drunk. Worried that he is going to drive.

7-4 19xx 18 NE, behind school. Warned.
7-4 190xx Lago Pl NE 8:35 pm Police found no one out. Heard one firework discharge, unknown location.
7-4 190xx Lago Pl NE 9:08 pm. Contacted homeowner who said her kids have been shooting off fireworks but they're done for the night.
7-5 Onouri church. 12:08 am. Alarm. Think it was set off by fireworks.
7-5 155xx Bothell Wy. Fireworks set off car alarm. Parking lot clear.
7-5 165xx Bothell Way. Watermelons left in intersection. Some blown up.
7-6 153xx Bothell Way. Report of shirtless male shooting bottle rockets across Bothell Way. Police observed nothing happening. Saw man who fit description walking across street but couldn't turn around in time to detain him.
7-8 52xx NE 184. Found fireworks under son's vehicle. Probably left over from the 4th and got caught in car's grill fender.
7-9 40xx NE 197. Shots heard. 14 rounds. Thinks it was near 190th. Police found all quiet in the area.

Ducks don't have traffic training
7-4 Ducklings on 522. Mother duck trying to get babies across street. Mother is in bus lane. Citizens captured ducklings and took them to the lake.

Mental meltdown
7-4 Towne Centre. Barefoot woman in front of Baskin and Robbins. Had been asking for money at bus stop, now sitting in PT Cruiser. Located owner of car at Starbucks and he doesn't know her. She gave police her name. Reported as Missing/Endangered from Puyallup. She says she walked from I-5. She sent a suicide not to a friend last night. Friend says she has "gone off the deep end". No money, no ID, no idea how to get home, seems confused by simple questions. Sent to Evergreen for evaluation. Puyallup PD will contact family.

Why does this happen so much?
7-4 29xx NE 182. Comcast lines hanging five feet over roadway.

A little strange
7-5 Towne Centre, Bothell Way. Citizen trying to catch a stray dog and a possibly intoxicated man was chasing her car and making weird gestures. Police picked up male and gave him a ride out of town.

It wasn't coyotes
7-7 177xx 28 NE. Six chickens missing from fully secured back yard cage. The two turkeys were in the yard near the cage.

It was coyotes
7-10 193xx 47 NE. Coyote suspected to have killed a pet cat.

Signs of summer
7-5 Towne Centre. Juveniles placed a stop sign near Starbucks and ran.
7-6 195xx 55 NE. Teenaged girls watched a scary movie, then found the front door open and called 911. Mom left it open before going to bed because it was warm in the house.

7-6 187xx Ballinger. Complaint of loud music like a band playing at residence. Police heard nothing upon arrival. House in question had both garage doors up and cars being worked on.
7-6 187xx Ballinger. Complaint of band playing loudly. Police contacted two men at the home who were loading equipment. Said they were done for the day. They have been practicing at that location for a year but today had the window open.

Burke-Gilman trail detour
7-6 162xx 37 NE. Stopped cyclist who ran the stop sign. Cyclist was apologetic and said he would pass the word. Issued a warning.
7-9 170xx BG Trail. Fence open a couple of feet.

DUI / Bad driving / WUI / SUI
7-6 40 Pl NE / Ballinger. Two soldiers from Joint Base Lewis McChord were drunk and driving north bound on Ballinger. Driver lost control of car and ran over dirt embankment. Driver fled. Police contacted unit sergeant and arranged for a ride for the subject who remained with car. Impounded car since there was no one sober to drive it.
7-8 145xx Bothell Way. 2:28 am. Driver ticketed for driving on the wrong side of road.
7-6 177xx Beach Dr. Kenmore man slept it off on Beach Drive.

More than bad driving
7-8 NE 178 / 33 NE. Asphalt worker reported that a vehicle sped through the area where he was working and swerved to hit him. Knocked something out of his hand. A passerby got the license and was going to call it in, but hasn't yet.

7-7 168xx Shore Dr NE. Glock, radar detector.

Creepy
7-9 29xx NE 178. Women encountered a male and said she did not want his services. She came home that evening and found his business card on her kitchen counter.

7-6 170xx Brookside Blvd NE. Officer nearly caught a couple of taggers. RUKUS, AAUM. White males, around 18-20 years old. Got away on skateboards. Wearing dark colored hoodie.

6-28 156xx 38 NE. Caller awakened by a small rock breaking bedroom window. May be an accident.
6-29 36xx NE 195 Resident found open metal animal leg trap by road. PD called animal control.

Burke Gilman Trail detour
6-28 162xx 37 NE. Two cyclists going about 20-25 mph fail to stop at intersection at NE 165. 6-29 174xx Ballinger. Complaint that cyclists are not dismounting but riding on the sidewalk along west side of SR 104. 6-30 168xx 37 NE. Bicyclist ran stop sign. 7-1 Caller concerned over a bicyclist who was riding northbound up the sidewalk and crossed in front of her as she tried to exit Towne Centre parking lot onto Ballinger. She said they also travel too fast on 37 NE, coming down the hill. 7-2 35xx NE 155 2:49 am. Bicyclist with no helmet or lights.
7-1 People are moving the gates and using the closed trail.
7-2 Trail fencing uprooted at NE 165/Beach Dr and NE 153/Beach Dr.

Please tell me this won't go on all summer
6-29 168xx Beach Dr. Juvenile girls playing "ding dong ditch". A couple of times a night they ring the doorbell, then run.
7-1 Bothell Way/Ballinger Way. Caller advised that he thinks two juveniles have caught themselves on fire. 18 year old girl and boyfriend were trying a trick with rubbing alcohol and a lighter. Alcohol caught fire, then burned the bottle and her pants. Witnesses stopped and poured water on her and a small, adjacent grass fire. She had 2nd degree burns and Aid took her to the Northwest ER.

Garbage trucks and phone lines
6-30 193xx 55 NE. Garbage truck got caught in low hanging phone lines.

Beware the bunny
6-27 Woman home alone at night with kids. Dog is barking. Someone is pounding on the door. Officer determined that the rabbit was jumping around and cage was banging against the door from the garage.

7-3 Loud fireworks at Cedarbrook School. Report from 189xx Lago Pl NE, Perkins/195 NE, and two other callers. Police found smoke in the air.
