Public Health lists the reason(s) the food business was closed. Reasons for closure may be due to food code violations and failure to follow the permitting process. Depending on the type of closure, additional information may include the date the facility was shut down, whether the business has reopened, the date it reopened, and additional notes.

These were both quite popular. I hope the owners seek a proper permit, address the food safety issues, and eventually reopen!
The owners don't care about permits and doing the right thing. They know municipal loopholes and take advantage of it until the municipality had enough. Sadly it took Public Health-Seattle & King County way too long to respond.
Ask your local municipality how much of your tax dollars were spent cleaning out storm drains that had dumped cooking grease and food waste inside. It was easily over $5k alone for Shoreline with multiple cleanings needed. Same impacts around the region (Kenmore/Kirkland).
They may have moved- there is a stand setting up on Aurora, kitty corner to Arby’s and a gas station.
Those unlicensed tacos were delish! They pop up in Lynnwood and Northgate too. I also hope they go legit and we will support their licensed handwashed business!
Weird that people purchase risky food.
