Fire in Richmond Beach Friday night

There was a residential structure fire in the 1400 block of NW Richmond Beach Rd in a duplex near Spin Alley around 10:30pm on Friday night, May 14, 2021.

Neighbor Troy Trimmer said that the "Fire Dept response time and firefighters were impressive. Thank you for doing excellent work last night."

By 11pm Shoreline Fire had the main fire extinguished and were working to put out any hotspots and making sure the fire was not spreading.

They were packing up and leaving by 11:30pm.
