Lake City Partners operates The Oak shelter on Aurora as well as a senior women's shelter in Kenmore and a day program in Lake City.

They just launched their year-end appeal for funds.

Help Us Raise $40,000 This Year-End

A safe, stable place to call home can change everything. At Lake City Partners, we know that the journey out of homelessness looks different for everyone. Through outreach, shelter, and personalized support, we help our neighbors take meaningful steps toward housing and stability.

As shifting public priorities and funding landscapes create new challenges for organizations serving people experiencing homelessness, community support is more important than ever. Our commitment to our neighbors remains unchanged, but we need your help to sustain the programs and services they depend on.

This year-end, we're inviting you to help us raise $40,000 to keep Opening Doors to Home. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of people like you to help bridge funding gaps and ensure that our neighbors continue to have a pathway toward stable housing.

Make a year-end gift today. Together, we can keep Opening Doors to Home.
