Seattle City Light expanding utility discount program

Beginning in January 2027, more Seattle City Light customers will qualify for ongoing utility discounts and emergency bill assistance.

These changes better reflect the cost of living in our region and make it easier for customers to access support when they need it. 

But you don't have to wait until 2027 to sign-up for help if you qualify now! 

Income-eligible customers can get 60% off their City Light bill with the Utility Discount Program, plus we also offer emergency bill assistance. We are here to help!
