Sunday sign-waving continues -
Vote early (but only once!) and return your ballot to an official drop box

Following a double-header last weekend of back-to-back "Get Out The Vote Early" sign-waving events, area residents plan to continue the visibility push this weekend at the Shoreline-Edmonds line.

A great turnout at last Saturday's "No Kings!" info and sign-waving event at three prominent intersections on Aurora in Shoreline was followed up by the regular "Social Justice Sundays" sign-waving where some 40 locals displayed similar messages, along with a few "saltier" ones as well.

"Trump is Putin's (expletive deleted)"
"Vote, your Democracy depends on it!!!"

They return to the Aurora Avenue North (Hwy 99) and N 205th St intersection this Sunday, October 25, 1-2pm to encourage voters to fill out their ballot early and return it to an official drop box to make sure their vote counts. As well, information on how voters can track their ballots or who to contact in case of any issues, is available.

As always, local group Everyday Activists accepts non-perishable food toiletries and school supplies for donation to a local group assisting those in need.

Bring a sign or just yourself, ask questions or stand up for your rights and those of others, especially free and fair elections that are central to our democracy.

The 2026 general election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
