Coach Arnie Moreno is proud of the total team effort to win the championship, as every win was a point to win the trophy. The team of Seb Sanchez and Jacob Mignogna in singles and Drew Johnson / Ethan Dong and Reid Bley / Drew Boyd represented Shorewood.
Snohomish, Shorecrest, Mount Vernon and Stanwood were strong challengers to dethrone the defending Shorewood team.
This was Shorewood's fifth straight District 1 team championship.
