The Scoping/Estimating Engineer will develop scope and estimates for future preservation, safety improvement and mobility projects that form the Northwest Region construction program. From fieldwork for site investigation and data collection, to crafting a scope and estimate for a buildable highway construction project – this is excellent career path for an innovative engineer.
