King County Veterans and Human Services Levy passes by 69-31 margin in final certified vote count

The King County veterans and human services levy passed by a 69 percent to 31 percent margin when votes for the Aug. 16 election became official Wednesday.

The County canvassing board certified the results Wednesday. The canvassing board consists of the County elections manager, the chairman of the County Council and the County prosecuting attorney.

The levy had no organized opposition.
9,579 of the ballots cast did not cast a vote for this measure.
