A free 90-minute educational panel for homeowners thinking about adding an ADU or backyard cottage to their property. 

The panel — a real estate attorney, a financing specialist, insurance agents, a realtor, and local builder Greencity — will cover property evaluations, budgets and cost factors, permitting timelines, and the legal and insurance questions homeowners usually run into. Most of the session is Q&A.
