The meeting will be held at the North City Water District office, 1519 NE 177th St, 98155.

I hope the City has someone qualified to lead the discussion - engineers may know their business, and facilities managers might know their's, but the ability to convey effectively to the public is a special skill and the City would do well to remember that - I attended the presentation re: reducing lanes on NE 175th between 5th and 12th, and it was overwhelmingly disapproved - mostly due to the poor presentation, I believe (and the adamant opposition by Frank Lumber Door Store, employees of which I suspect never try to cross the street as pedestrians).
