Note to commenter: Irwin rated lower than incumbents

A commenter on the recent post about Municipal League candidate ratings (see article here) didn't like seeing Democratic candidate Wes Irwin get the same rating as incumbent Democratic State Rep. Cindy Ryu.

In fact, Irwjn's "Good" rating is one notch lower than Ryu's "Very Good" rating.
