People should click through and read the article. How stupid does Chris Eggen think the voters are? Just a couple weeks ago here on the Shoreline Area News he believed the voters should decide on how to pay for funding the McCleary decion on K-12 education , now he wants a capital gains tax! But not to fear, he thinks the voters should decide on how to pay for fixing transportation rather than than show some courage, initaitve, and imagination.

@5:04 pm - Maralyn Chase, regardless of what you may think of her (and evidently you do not agree with her) is definitely not CRAVEN. Here, I will make it easy for you, the definition of crave is: contemptibly lacking in courage; cowardly

I think you are thinking instead of CHRIS EGGEN, he is so indecisive and now flip flops on taxes - first he thinks the voters should decide on how to pay for the McCleary decision, now he does not, now he thinks the voters should decide on how to pay for transportation, what will he say next? Maybe he will say the voters should decide on the city assumption of Ronald Wastewater... Wait, he already said that and then reneged... Now all of that is CRAVEN.
