Construction is well underway at Shoreline Place at the site of the former U.S. Bank building at N 155th and Westminster Way.

Block E4 of the Shoreline Place redevelopment is a new single-story retail building of 9,179 square feet near Town & Country Market.

The building is planned as five storefronts for shops or restaurants. The developer’s current leasing materials show multiple spaces ranging from roughly 1,465 to 2,535 square feet.

New stores are anticipated to open in 2028, but no tenants have been publicly named yet.
The U.S. Bank building had been vacant for some time. The current branch is inside the Shoreline Safeway on 15th NE in North City.

I hope this shopping center makes it. Shoreline needs more shopping variety. The big question mark is it is so close to 145th and the problems bleed into Shoreline. The Safeway store on 155th (across Aurora from this complex) is unrecognizable from when I was a kid.
Please make sure these new stores are of higher quality than what's currently been built at Shoreline Place...I recommend a sandwich shop/deli, bakery, bookstore, restaurant, hardware store
I hope there will be a hardware store so we don’t have to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot
