David Manion is home
with his family.
According to Shoreline police, David Manion, 61, who went missing in Shoreline on Tuesday at 3:30pm, was found by some good citizens in North Seattle on Thursday, just before 11am.

They took him to Northwest Hospital, near Northgate. The hospital called Seattle Police, who determined that he was the missing person from Shoreline and contacted Shoreline police.

It is unknown exactly where he was found or why he was taken to the hospital. He did not have any injuries and appeared to be in good condition.

Manion has limited communication ability, so it is unknown where he spent the night Tuesday and Wednesday.

When he was reported missing, King County Search and Rescue mobilized 30 people to look for him.

He is now safely back with his family.

A spokesperson for the family said "Dave is back at home. His family sends deep appreciation to the law enforcement, search and rescue and volunteers that helped in his search."
