starts March 9
Have you been diagnosed as Pre-Diabetic or at risk of being pre-diabetic?

The program will help you can make small, measurable changes that can reduce your risk and help you live a happier, healthier life.

You can take it right in the community, at the Dale Turner YMCA, 19290 Aurora Ave N, Shoreline.

Classes will be held on Thursdays 11:00am-12:00pm, starting March 9, 2017.

Program features
  • 25 sessions delivered over the course of one year
  • Led by a trained Lifestyle Coach.
  • A group that offers motivation and support.
  • Includes 3 month membership to the YMCA

The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program uses a CDC-approved curriculum and is part of the CDC-led National Diabetes Prevention Program.

The Program is available to ALL individuals who qualify, regardless of their insurance status.

The Y is committed to making the program available to everyone who meets program criteria.
