Power restored to all but four households

It has taken all day, but trees and branches have been cleared from power lines and City Light crews have restored service to all but four customers in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park as of 9:30pm Thursday.

The winds died down, as promised, but the damage left behind took hours to clear.
