The Echo Lake Neighborhood Association invites willing volunteers to join them in their Earth Day project to restore the overgrown Densmore Pathway to its former, award-winning status.

Pathway volunteer Ellen Wood reports that "The dandelions are wrapping themselves around the hellebores. One hellebore had to be dug out of the ground to untangle it from the dandelion that was strangling it!"

Volunteers should bring hand tools, gloves, and dress for the weather. ELNA will provide snacks and water to drink.

The Densmore Pathway won a National Award as a neighborhood project.
