The Shoreline Community College Lady Dolphin Softball Team on Tuesday broke a six game losing streak and beat rival Edmonds Community College at Shoreview Park in Shoreline, WA.

In Game 1, SCC broke out to an early lead, scoring 3 runs in the first inning and made those runs hold up in a 3-1 victory. Shortstop Nicole Reyling hit the first pitch of the bottom of the first inning out of the park and Kelsie Mason (2-4) pitched a four hitter with 3 strikeouts and no walks to pick up her 2nd win of the year. Vallen Brewer collected two hits for SCC and Alia Kelly hit a 2 run double in that 3 run first inning.

In Game 2, it was the Greta Coleman show in the 10-1 win, as the freshman 1st baseball had 7 RBIs in the game, Coleman was 3-3 at the plate with a homerun. Nicole Reyling again opened the offense for SCC with a homerun in the bottom of the first inning and Alia Kelly added another double. Rayme Awaya and Vallen Brewer had 2 hits in the game as well. Ali Kelly (2-7) pitched a 5 hitter, allowing 1 earned run with 4 strikeouts and 1 walk.
