SCC Music department piano faculty member Dr. Dainius Vaicekonis, along with friends, presents a recital of 19th Century Viennese chamber music.

The concert features music written by Viennese composers, including Schubert’s famous “Trout Quintet”, Weber’s “Trio, Op. 63”, Doppler’s “Souvenir de Prague” for two flutes and piano, Hummel’s “Viola Fantasy”, “Double-bass Sonata, Op. 97” by Fuchs, and Brahms’ “Scherzo (Sonatensatz) for Violin”.

Guest performers - Pamela Liu, violin; Greg Savage, viola; Shiang-Yin Lee, cello; Lauren Hendrix, contrabass; Linda Bailey, flute; Klaus Liebetanz, flute.

Proceeds from all concerts in this series go toward the SCC Piano Scholarship Fund.

Ticket prices are as follows:
  • $15 General Admission
  • $10 Seniors, non-SCC students
  • $5 SCC students with ID
