Work Party at Grace Cole Nature Park Saturday, May 8

Celebrate Mother Earth on Saturday, May 8 by joining the Lake Forest Park Stewardship Foundation on the eve of Mother's Day for an Ivy Out and Native Plant Restoration work party at Grace Cole Nature Park,  9 am - 12 noon.

Help by pulling ivy, tackling blackberry brambles and planting some native species.

Wear gloves and dress for the weather.

Bring some water in a reusable bottle.

There will be a snacks, courtesy of the Lake Forest Park Garden Club.

LOCATION of Grace Cole Nature Park:

30th Ave NE and NE 165th Street. Go south on 28th from NE 178th in Lake Forest Park and drive about 1/2 mile until just before the road turns. You'll see Grace Cole Nature Park on your right.
