Grand Central Bakery of Seattle, WA is recalling loaves of Potato Sourdough bread because they may contain the presence of pieces of metal.
A pallet nail was found in a loaf from that batch which was sold at grocery stores, select restaurants, wholesalers, and four Grand Central Bakery (GCB) Café locations within Seattle and Tacoma Metro areas in WA on Monday August 10, 2026.

The recall was initiated after a pallet nail was discovered in a loaf of Potato Sourdough Bread.
