LFP Police Sergeant to go to Quantico for FBI National Academy training

will train at the FBI National Academy
Sergeant Mike Harden has been invited to the next FBI National Academy (Class 273) in Quantico, VA.
Phillip Hill, City Administrator said, "This is a special honor for him and he is extremely excited for this opportunity and experience."

He will be leaving in July and will return back in September.  
While attending the National Academy, Mike will be taking the following courses: Advanced Psychology of Communication, Advanced Spirituality, Wellness, and Vitality Issues in LawEnforcement Practices, Navigating Internal Leadership Crises, Seminar in Managing the Law Enforcement Image, and Seminar in Managing the Law Enforcement Image.

Mike will be one of 250 law enforcement professionals from around the world attending this training. 

The FBI pays for the training, transportation, and lodging.

"This is a great opportunity for Mike and for the City, Hill noted. "If you see Mike, congratulate him – he has worked extremely hard over the past several years to earn this position."
