Shorewood tennis on a winning streak

The Shorewood T-Birds took sole possession of first place with a tough 6-1 win over Edmonds-Woodway on 9/21.

The top matches were, in singles, Steven Lin and Gunnar Thorstenson's come from behind three set wins to help clinch the victory.

Then on Saturday, Shorewood hosted Sedro Wooley High School from Skagit County. They defeated the Cubs 6-1 led by Andrew Counter and Steven Lin, at number one doubles, in a doubles sweep. 

Tuesday 9/26, the Thunderbirds continued their winning ways with a 7-0 victory over Lynnwood High School. This improved the T-Birds record to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in WesCo South 3A.

Shorewood hosts Shorecrest on Wednesday 9/27 in a district rivalry match up. The match starts at 3:30pm.
