Overnight power outage

Power was out from 12:15am to 4:45am for over 10,000 City Light customers. At 4:45am power was restored to almost all customers west of I-5.
East of I-5, 3554 customers were still without power. Estimated restoration time is 8am.

City Blight, they completely massacre our trees to prevent this sort of thing but I was without power for 4+ hours anyway. They add a surcharge onto my bill for undergrounding power but the only people that get their power undergrounded are those west of Aurora nearer the water front and business districts. Gotta love it.
We are on the west side of I5 and we were out until 8:30 am
