Kagi, Ryu, Pollet, Farrell continue on their way to easy re-election

Incumbent Democratic State Reps. Jessyn Farrell, Ruth Kagi, Gerry Pollet and Cindy Ryu continued to be on the way to easy re-election victories in results reported through Friday night.

Kagi led 32nd Legislative District Republican opponent David Schirle by a 73 percent to 27 percent margin, and Ryu led her 32nd District Republican challenger, Al Rutledge, by a 76-24 margin.

In the 46th Legislative District, Pollet leads Libertarian Stephanie Heart Viscovich 86 percent to 14 percent. Farrell ran unopposed.

The 32nd District includes the city of Shoreline, part of northwest Seattle, Woodway and nearby unincorporated areas of southwest Snohomish County, south Edmonds, the city of Lynnwood and a small part of Mountlake Terrace.

The 46th District includes Lake Forest Park, Kenmore and northeast Seattle.
