WesCo South Tennis Tournament at Glacier Peak

Shorewood qualified three players for next week's District 1 tournament at Arlington High School.

Freshman Sasha Gaeth defeated her Mountlake Terrace opponent in the WesCo South singles championship 6-1, 6-0.

Seniors Ellie Allen-Hatch and Emily Wright lost a very close match in the doubles championship final, 5-7, 5-7, to their Glacier Peak opponents, to place second and also qualify for the District 1 tournament.

Freshman Bretta Petersen placed 5th and is the District 1 alternate. Matches are played May 17th and 18th starting at 1pm both days.
