Apparently turkey vultures are common in areas of Washington state, but more commonly seen in the summer and not usually on this side of Puget Sound.

Frank Kleyn spotted this trio atop a tree in the Innis Arden neighborhood of west Shoreline.

Not to be confused with the human vultures circling the 185th and 145th subareas!
