Einstein Wrestling Results 3/8

The Einstein Tigers improved to 2-0 at home and 3-1 overall with a huge 77-30 victory over the visiting Alderwood Mustangs.

The two teams traded wins early as Einstein struggled to build a lead. Tiger Curt Tanaka improved to 4-0 with a first round pin at 113 pounds to stretch Einstein's lead to 27-12. Alderwood regrouped in the middle weights with a pair of pins at 140 and 148 pounds, making the team score 45-30. Then at 157 pounds Tiger Terrill Martinez produced a completely dominating 18-2 victory to stop all hope of a Mustang rally. Martinez's victory began a 32-0 run over the last six weights for the final 47 point team victory.
