Shorewood girl golfers followed victory over Everett last week with Wesco 3A championship Tuesday at Whidbey

The Shorewood girls’ golf team defeated Everett in a home meet Thursday, May 8, before playing in the Wesco 3A championships Tuesday at the Whidbey Golf Course.

Shorewood defeated Everett Thursday at the Jackson Park Golf Course.

Shorewood had a 9-hole score of 301, seven strokes ahead of Everett, with Mountlake Terrace having an incomplete team. Jane Tarabochia of Shorewood was medalist with a 15-over par 52
