Shorecrest girls’ soccer team takes 7-3-1 record into games Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

The Shorecrest girls’ soccer team takes a 7-3-1 record into road games Monday, Tuesday and Thursday after a home loss to Meadowdale and a home victory over Lynnwood.

The Scots play at Oak Harbor Monday at 7:30 p.m. in a game postponed from Tuesday, Oct. 4. Shorecrest then plays regularly scheduled games at Mountlake Terrace (0-4-2) Tuesday and at Marysville-Getchell (0-4-2) Thursday.

The 3-1 overtime loss to Meadowdale Thursday came in a televised game. After 56 minutes of scoreless play, Bri Lasconia gave Shorecrest the lead with an unassisted goal. Meadowdale tied the game in the 83rd minute and won in overtime.

In the 3-0 victory over Lynnwood, Jessica Gratix scored with an assist from Sophia Flohr in the 10th minute, followed by a goal by Flohr with an assist from Nicole Harris and another by Maya Garber-Yonts with an assist from Harris.
